Ever since Kroger introduced its new payroll system, MyTime, it’s been a disaster. We have received more than 1,000 reports from members dealing with payroll problems. Some are missing paychecks, others are being double charged for health insurance, others are missing premiums – the list goes on.

We are taking action to address this crisis. Our union has filed class action grievances over payroll problems, in addition to unfair labor practice charges against Kroger. And last month, we supported a group of members in filing a class-action lawsuit against Kroger.

Now, we are hearing that Kroger is messing up your taxes. If your pay is wrong, then your taxes could be wrong too.

If you have not already, now is the time to check your W-2 and ensure that your taxes are correct. If you believe your W-2 is inaccurate or incorrect, contact Kroger’s HR department to report it now before it’s too late.

Use the chart below to look up the Kroger HR contact person for your store.

Contact Kroger HR if your W-2 is incorrect
