When managers do the work of union members, it is a violation of our contract and you should be getting those hours.
It’s the company’s job to schedule enough people to meet customer needs. If they don’t, that doesn’t mean it’s your job to do two jobs for one paycheck. It means they need to schedule more hours in your store. Allowing managers or vendors to get away with doing our work doesn’t help customers in the long run and takes money out of our pockets.
