NO PROGRESS, NO PULSE
From September 15-30, DO NOT participate in in Kaiser Permanente’s People Pulse survey.
This action is a direct response to stalled progress at the bargaining table and Kaiser’s unwillingness to fully recognize the value of healthcare professionals. The People Pulse survey no longer represents the true voices of frontline caregivers:
- Results often fail to lead to meaningful action.
- Outcomes are not consistently shared with frontline staff.
- The survey has become disconnected from the reality of our workplaces.
It’s time to stand together, amplify our collective voice, and show KP that we are united and resolute.
