Following votes taken in stores this week, UFCW Local 400 members working at Kroger under our Roanoke collective bargaining agreement voted 358–152 (70%) to ratify a new union contract.
While we did not get everything we want, this agreement represents a fair deal that meets our goals of:
- Better pay
- Better schedules
- Better staffing
- Maintain health benefits
- More paid time off

The new three-year agreement takes effect retroactively to June 8, 2025 and expires June 3, 2028. Download the highlight sheet to review an outline of all changes to the contract.
