We have reached a tentative agreement with FRESHFARM management on our first union contract! Now, the proposed contract will be put up for a vote of the members. The bargaining committee unanimously recommends members vote in favor of ratifying this agreement.
Join us on Thursday, February 8 at 7:00 p.m. for a Zoom video meeting to review the proposed contract. You can download a copy of the proposal at the link below. We are doing a Zoom meeting to make it as easy as possible for every member to attend. During the Zoom meeting, we will review the proposed contract in detail and answer any questions you may have. You can join the Zoom at the link below once the meeting begins.
Voting will take place electronically to make it as convenient as possible for every member to vote. Every eligible voter will receive a link to their unique ballot via text message and/or email once voting opens. Voting will open on Friday, February 9 at 12:00 p.m. noon and close on Monday, February 12 at 12:00 p.m. noon. Voting will not take place on Zoom. Results will be announced shortly after voting ends at noon on Monday, February 12.
