Negotiations on our new union contract at DanChem Inc. have concluded and we are ready to present detailed proposals for a vote.
The current COVID-19 pandemic makes it impossible for us to have a traditional contract meeting. Voting will take place on site at DanChem in the conference room at the Pilot Plant. You will have an opportunity to discuss the offer and have your questions answered prior to casting your vote.
Voting – November 16 & 17
Voting will take place on Tuesday, November 16th and on Wednesday, November 17th. You must be a member in good standing to cast a vote.

When you arrive to cast your vote, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and to review the Highlight Sheet. Masks must be worn at all times during the vote.
Vote Count
The results of the vote will be tabulated at 8:00 p.m. on November 17, 2021 immediately following the end of voting and the results will be announced to members.
