Take Action at Shoppers: We Deserve A Raise!

UNFI has been dragging its feet at the bargaining table for over a year now. Because they won’t agree to a fair deal, many of us have seen no pay increases in over a year, despite continuing to come to work to make UNFI profitable as the pandemic has continued.

In addition to preventing us from getting raises, UNFI continues to make proposals that could lead to cuts and cost increases in our health care benefits. They called us heroes and essential, and we continue to put our lives at risk coming to work every day so others can stay home, safe, and fed, but UNFI is asking us to take cuts and continue to work without raises.

It’s time to tell UNFI: Hands off our health care! We deserve our raises NOW! Join us to take action and show UNFI we are ready to do whatever it takes to get the fair contract we have earned.
