While negotiations with Kroger on our next West Virginia contract have dragged on, the company has made it clear that they are serious about their proposals to take things away from us while we continue to put ourselves and our families at risk by working through the ongoing COVID pandemic. Kroger continues to propose cuts to our healthcare, no wage increases for top of scale employees, and changes to seniority that will hurt all of us.

But we are even more serious about getting a fair contract. Our goals are clear:

  • Raises for EVERYONE
  • Hands Off Our Healthcare
  • Respect Seniority

It’s time to show Kroger we will do whatever it takes for a fair contract. Starting October 8, we will hold simultaneous actions at multiple Kroger locations every Thursday until we get the fair contract we have earned.

The current contract is on extension until October 17. All of the benefits and protections of your current union contract remain in place during the extension.
