UFCW Local 400 mourns the loss of Mary LeBlanc, a generous spirit and loving individual.
“it is with a heavy heart that I learn of Mary’s passing,” said Mark Federici, President of UFCW Local 400. “Her husband Danny, a past president of the Virginia AFL-CIO, has been a great friend and mentor of mine through the years, and she was a welcome regular presence at AFL-CIO events. I will miss her dearly.”
