Kroger’s “Comprehensive Best Offer to Settle” is a slap in the face to the hard work we have been doing throughout this pandemic to serve our customers and keep Kroger operating.
With same-store sales growth of nearly 15% this year, Kroger is still proposing an offer that does not give raises to everyone, increases our health care costs, and fails to protect our health care funding, which could lead to further health care cost increases or benefit cuts during the proposed agreement.

Tele-Town Hall - November 2
In addition, we will be hosting a Tele-Town Hall on Monday, November 2 at 4:00 p.m. to review whatever offer Kroger has on the table.
Due to the pandemic, we cannot hold our typical contract meeting in a large, indoor arena. To ensure everyone’s safety as we present this offer for a vote, we are conducting our meeting as a Tele-Town Hall. During the Tele-Town Hall, we will review the offer in detail. You must register to attend the Tele-Town Hall by filling out the form below.
Voting In Stores - November 3-5
Voting will take place at stores throughout the region November 3-5, 2020. Voting will not take place over the phone. If you are unable to attend the Tele-Town Hall, print copies of the company’s offer will be provided at each voting site.
You should receive a card in the mail with the full voting schedule. Bring the card with you for faster entry into the voting booths.
