Kroger presented us with a proposal that continues to call for drastic cuts to our healthcare and inadequate raises for top-of-scale employees. We will not accept a proposal that slashes our benefits during a pandemic, so we are continuing to negotiate with the company.

The current contract is on extension and can be canceled upon 72 hours’ notice by either party. All of the benefits and protections of your current union contract remain in place during the extension.
