Deadlines are as follows:
- District of Columbia: Oct. 9 (you may register in person if you can provide proof of residency)
- Kentucky: Oct. 9
- Maryland: Oct. 16
- Ohio: Oct. 9
- Tennessee: PASSED Oct. 6
- Virginia: Oct. 15
