ChemHAT.org, the Chemical Hazard and Alternatives Toolbox, is a new Internet database designed with input from union safety directors nationwide, including Local 400’s Health and Safety Director, Chuck Miller, who represented the UFCW in the site’s design process. The database offers comprehensive information to protect our families, coworkers, and ourselves by helping answer the question, “is there a way to get this job done without using dangerous chemicals?” Click here to check out this great resource!
