From UFCW Blog–This morning, the National Labor Relations Board dives into day two of a public hearing on its proposed rules to improve the election process for workers seeking to form a union at their workplace. Workers, unions, worker advocacy organizations, economists, researchers, scholars, and labor lawyers from around the country are attending the hearings to provide the NLRB with their comments in support of the proposed rules.
