Organization United for Respect at Walmart (OUR Walmart) is an association that Walmart workers everywhere have made 1,500 strong in the past few months. Walmart associates realize they are the heart and soul of their company and they are banning together to demand that their company starts to treat them with the respect they deserve.
Earlier this month around 100 associates from OUR Walmart took a trip to Walmart’s headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas to tell upper management their concerns.
