President Obama joins Wisconsin’s budget battle in attempt to block the anti-union bill that would effect the benefits and the collective-bargaining agreements for most public employees, including teachers, from spreading to other state’s capitals. Obama accused Wis. Republican Governor, Scott Walker, of unleashing an “assault” on unions.
